If you find that at any time you need to edit or cancel a payment request, you must first Rescind the payment. Payments can only be Rescinded if they are in the Pending or Draft status. This article will walk you through Rescinding your payment request. 

1. To view your Dashboard, select the Direct Pay tab on the far left-hand side of your screen.

2. Once on your Dashboard, locate the Payment you would like to edit or cancel. Select the drop-down arrow next to View and select Rescind Payment.

3. A pop-up will appear asking if you are sure you would like to continue. Select Yes, Rescind Payment. 

4. You will notice your Status has changed from Pending to Rescinded.
